So Ubi support asked me for proof of ownership. I already have a Ubisoft account, but I honestly don't remember the mail I used to create the old account. Probably back in 2020 when I had a XBox One S, I played some Ubisoft games and I ended up creating an account which linked automatically to my XBox One. So, I opened a support ticket because, when I tried to download Far Cry 5 from my GP sub on PC, the site told another Ubisoft account was linked to my XBox account.
